For Tom, it is taking the trolley as an 11-year-old to play a quick pickup game with older neighborhood kids. For Brian, it is sitting on a bench in the stands with his Dad and listening to him explain why the Palestra is more than a building. For Joe, it is “majoring” in basketball as a St. Joe’s undergrad with classes often held at the Palestra. For Jeff, it is going to high school basketball showcases as a teenager.

We know there are countless Palestra experiences – literally. You no doubt have several. We came together on this journey around an idea to capture the spirit, excitement and passion of those experiences. We were fortunate to be introduced to Patrick Creadon at O’Malley Creadon Productions and are even more fortunate to now be working with Patrick and Christine to produce a film worthy of the Palestra. 

We, of course, want our film to celebrate the Palestra’s first 100 years. We also hope, even in some small way, it becomes a kickoff for the next century and countless more experiences for generations yet to come.
